Galbraith Strengthens Commercial Property Team With New Appointment

The commercial division at Galbraith has been boosted by the appointment of experienced chartered surveyor Harry Trotter.

Joining the Commercial Asset Management team of Galbraith in the firm’s Edinburgh Office,  Harry is returning to Scotland having spent the last 12 years operating in London and the South East, latterly as a partner with Newton Perkins.

Pamela Gray, Partner in charge of Asset Management at Galbraith, said:

We are delighted that Harry has joined us and his appointment is part of our overall strategy to grow the professional, investment and asset management consultancy services to existing and new clients with a UK mandate.

Harry’s wealth of knowledge and experience from working in the southern markets over a number of years will be invaluable in the development of our business. He forms an integral part of our growing asset management team which was further strengthened last year with the recruitment of investment advisors Jamie Thain and Will Sandwell.

Harry Trotter said:

I’m pleased to be joining Galbraith at such an exciting time. The commercial arm of the business is growing rapidly and when the opportunity arose with Galbraith it was a very easy decision for me to make as it allowed me to come back to my roots working in the industry I love.

Whilst I hope to open the business up to new clients and opportunities in the south, I’m also very keen to develop a new and diverse client base throughout Scotland and the wider UK markets.

The Galbraith commercial department provides a range of agency, consultancy and professional services to a wide range of landlord and occupier clients throughout the UK.
