Two Distinct Buyer Types Boost Moray Property Sales

The Moray property market has continued to flourish with two distinct buyer types boosting sales according to leading independent consultancy Galbraith. The firm publishes its market review for 2021 which saw the agency team in Elgin handle a 38 per cent increase in property sales compared with the previous year.  The value of sales handled by Galbraith, Elgin in 2021 totalled in excess of £23.1m resulting in an average selling price of £409,398.

High Levels of Activity in the Fife Property Market in 2021

Galbraith on the Double with Charity Cycle Ride

Staff at rural property consultancy Galbraith have achieved more than double their fundraising target through a sponsored cycle ride to support two amazing charities – the RSABI and My Name'5 Doddie Foundation.   The original target was to raise £5,000 by cycling 1,189 miles, the distance between John O'Groats and Land’s End, with some members of staff out and about on a real bike, while others undertook the challenge at home or in the office, on a network of static spin bikes.   In fact the total distance cycled was 1,995.8 miles, and the amount raised from donations - £5,740 - was matched by Galbraith to make a grand total of £11,480.   The donation will be split equally between the RSABI and the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation.
