CKD Galbraith’s Building Surveying team were instructed to represent Bunzl following lease expiry. A schedule of dilapidations had been served by the landlord.
Although the schedule of dilapidations was relatively low value, the premises were subsequently sold by the landlord, therefore there was a “no loss” argument to be followed.
After lengthy negotiation the claim was settled at £10,000.
