Services:  Project Management

As Project Manager of Norfolk House, acting for London-based clients Conygar Hanover Street Ltd, we carried out a complete refurbishment of the 18,700 sq ft offices on the second floor.

A 1960s multi-occupied building, Norfolk House is adjacent to New St Station in Birmingham City Centre and faces a new John Lewis Store currently being developed. With two floors of retail at ground and lower ground levels and a further six floors of offices, occupiers include Network Rail and Inland Revenue.

Partner Pam Over led and implemented the six month programme with her project team, which involved the full PM service, appointing the consultants, agreeing a design and cost plan, appointing the contractors, GTH Construction and managing the project to completion. The specification included secondary glazing, new roof lights, cooling and new dedicated WC's. The project was completed on time and under budget. The asking rental is 16/sq ft for the accommodation.
