CKD Galbraith's Building Surveying team, led by partner Martin Cassels, prepared and issued a schedule of dilapidations on behalf of the landlord in relation to a large industrial building in Hamilton.
The schedule was served at 262,000, with a settlement achieved of 194,000. The landlord then instructed CKD Galbraith to carry out the works. A full contract administration service was carried out, returning the building to FRI condition.
The building was subsequently sold by the client for a premium.
