Service: Project Management and Contract Administration  

Galbraith were appointed as Project Managers and Contract Administrators to oversee the renovation, refurbishment and extension of an abandoned former farmhouse.

Managing the Architect and Structural Engineers, we oversaw the planning, building warrant and design development process in conjunction with client. Then, working with the quantity surveyor the project was competitively tendered. 

When the works were on site, we administered the contract, managing technical queries, variations and quality control through to completion. The completed project provided the client with a four bedroom house, built to modern standard, but with a traditional appearance and feel. A standalone garage and kennel building also formed part of the project.
