As part of the long term commercial management involvement at this property, Galbraith building surveying services have been instrumental on a number of instructions to ensure that preventative maintenance works are undertaken in a timely manner.
The building surveying team have acted as contract administrator for a large refurbishment of the common parts through the service charge and are, most recently, acting as contract administrator and project managers for the full replacement of the air conditioning system within the building. These works required close communication with the tenants within the building to ensure that the works were phased in a suitable manner to suit all.
Galbraith building surveyors have also acted as project monitor for tenant fit out works, ensuring the as-built drawings adequately reflected in a licence for works, protecting the landlords dilapidations position.
