Your New Role
In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing people and culture strategies which attract, develop and retain our People across all offices, and the role will involve travel. This will include underpinning and building the Firm’s values: Agile, Innovative and Progressive.
To Be Successful
We are looking for an experienced HR generalist, who is CIPD qualified and has worked in a standalone role previously.
You must be resilient, compassionate, progressive and business-minded and someone who can demonstrate experience in developing positive working relationships.
Ideally you will have previous experience in the use of CIPHR, however this is not essential.
