This role is being offered on a flexible basis, based from our Perth & Stirling offices although covering projects across Scotland
Your New Role
The key focus of this role is to project manage large utilities clients and coordinate a team to ensure first class delivery to our clients. Specifically this will include managing the delivery team, financial reporting, system management and escalation management in accordance with CPO parameters.
You will also be involved in Land Referencing, Landowner Liaison, Records of Condition & Compensation Issues, Land Acquisition and general Property Consultancy.
This role will allow you to develop client relationships and act as an ambassador for Galbraith promoting our services and fully participating in the development of the business stream and wider Firm’s business.
To Be Successful
You must be extremely self-motivated and be able to communicate effectively at all levels with internal and external clients both verbally and in writing.
Ideally you will have experience of managing the acquisition and negotiation of land rights for Electricity, Telecommunications, Water and other Infrastructure projects. You will be fully conversant with the relevant legislation and have a good knowledge of the environmental and other project constraints. As a strong negotiator, you will have the ability to manage projects at an advanced level and demonstrate strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks competently.
A RICS qualification is preferred but not essential.
