Galbraith is a diverse multi-disciplinary firm with offices across Scotland and Northern England specialising in rural, residential, energy, forestry and commercial sectors.
This role is being offered on a flexible work arrangement, based from our Perth or Stirling Office but covering projects across Scotland.
Your New Role
The key purpose of the post is to provide day to day specialist wayleave management to our clients. You will be involved in Land Referencing, Landowner Liaison, Records of Condition & Compensation Issues, Land Acquisition and general Property Consultancy.
This role will involve regular travel and therefore a driving licence is essential for the successful candidate. In addition, there may be occasions when an overnight stay will be required as part of the role.
To Be Successful
You must be extremely self-motivated and be able to communicate effectively at all levels with internal and external clients both verbally and in writing.
Ideally you will have a working knowledge of land related computer packages, the relevant legislation together with an understanding of statutory and environmental constraints. You will have the ability to work within a team while taking personal responsibility for specific aspects of project delivery and demonstrate strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks competently.
