Administrator (Residential Sales & Office Support)

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Inverness office for an Administrator to primarily support the Residential Sales team and wider office with day to day administration, as required. 

Your New Company 

Galbraith is a diverse multi-disciplinary firm with offices across Scotland and Northern England specialising in rural, residential, energy, forestry and commercial sectors.

This role would suit someone who likes to be busy and enjoys a diverse workload.  

Your New Role

You will be primarily be responsible for: 

  • Handling office phone enquiries 
  • Arranging and following up on viewings 
  • Management of the window displays 
  • General administrative support to the residential sales team 
  • Coordination of office safety checks, maintenance and repairs.

In addition to the above, the role will provide administrative support to the wider inverness office as required. 

To Be Successful 

You will be an experienced administrator, ideally having worked in a property setting previously but not essential.  You must enjoy being busy with excellent communication skills being key along with someone who is willing to take responsibility for the tasks assigned to them.
