Galbraith is a diverse multi-disciplinary Firm of Property Consultants with offices across Northern England and Scotland, specialising in the telecoms, forestry, energy, rural, commercial and residential sectors with a growing presence in the emerging Natural Capital sector.

We are looking for a Surveyor to join our busy Telecoms Team to provide specialist knowledge of telecommunications assets to our clients across Scotland and England. You will be working alongside leading industry experts. This role will be based from one of our Scotland offices, ideally Aberdeen, Cupar or Edinburgh but we would be happy to discuss location with the right candidate. Travel to other offices and client sites offers great variety day to day.

Your New Role

 In this role, you will be primarily responsible for assisting with:

• Supporting senior colleagues and taking a lead role dealing with telecoms renewals and applications across Scotland and England.
• Providing general telecoms advice to our clients.
• Telecoms portfolio management.
• General consultancy towards planning, wayleaves and telecoms in respect of both rural and rooftop sites.

The Successful Candidate

You will be experienced in telecommunications work, and looking for a new challenge. Highly motivated and a self-starter you will be able to demonstrate a strong ability to develop relationships and promote new business ideas, acting as an ambassador for the firm, promoting its services at all opportunities.

The role will involve travel and therefore a full driving licence and own vehicle is essential.
