Lettings Negotiator

Galbraith is a diverse multi-disciplinary Firm of Property Consultants with offices across Northern
England and Scotland, specialising in the rural, forestry, energy, commercial and residential sectors
with a growing presence in the emerging Natural Capital sector.

Galbraith are looking for an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Cupar, assisting the
Lettings Manager in all aspects of residential lettings in the Cupar office.

The role includes a dynamic range of key responsibilities including, but not limited to, arranging
property inspections, viewings, appraisals and follow ups, acting as the first point of contact for
phone calls and messages, and the responsibility of the preparation of PRT Leases and other lettings
documents.

The successful candidate will also be required to provide holiday cover for the Lettings Manager which involves pitching for new business and marketing properties. This role would be ideal for someone with an interest in Lettings with the ability to demonstrate a willingness to help internal and external customers.

Working towards qualification, Propertymark Lettings level 6 is desirable. A current UK driving license is essential.
